If you receive a confirmation from USPS that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, you should file a claim with USPS as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.

When you file a claim with USPS, the driver on your route will investigate to determine if your package was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. This is often the case when packages go missing.

To prevent the possibility of your package being stolen, we highly recommend that you select the "Signature Required" option during checkout. This ensures that a person at your address signs for and collects your package, eliminating the chance of it being stolen.

If you do decide to file a claim through PayPal, your tracking number will be automatically uploaded, which will confirm that your package was delivered. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by USPS, whether they are left in your mailbox, porch, reception, or elsewhere.
